Add panel dimensions, material type, target capacity and part drawings to the quote form.
Reinforced, vibration-free, rigid chassis, a 12mm compact table is applied in addition to the 10mm sheet metal plate on the chassis formed from the profile. This process provides long-term use. Thanks to the high quality spindle motor, you can get the best results quickly and precisely. All axes are driven by servo motors. Sensitive acceleration is provided with high speed. High quality and high precision rails, trolleys and racks are used so that the axis movements are affected by the least vibration. The tool changing magazine with 10 on the chassis allows you to do your operations faster.
General Features and Production Capabilities
Versatile three-axis panel processing
Fuerte brings routing, sizing, drilling, grooving and three-dimensional surface machining together on one CNC machining center. The controlled workflow is designed for repeatable furniture-part production from digital model to finished panel.
Furniture production applications
The working range supports furniture, tables, chairs, accessories, sofa frames, kitchen furniture and similar wood-based components that require precise panel machining.
- Furniture and kitchen units
- Tables and chairs
- Sofa frames and accessories
Servo-controlled axis movement
All axes use servo drives for fast, controlled acceleration. Precision rails, carriages and rack-and-pinion transmission help reduce vibration during demanding routing cycles.
Reinforced chassis and compact table
The rigid body combines 10 mm steel plate construction with a 12 mm compact worktable to support stable, repeatable panel processing over long production runs.
Six-zone vacuum worktable
Air channels distribute vacuum across the compact table. Six independently selectable zones let the operator match the holding area to the workpiece.
Central automatic lubrication
The ILC unit automatically lubricates moving components. Service intervals can be adjusted from the control screen to support lower wear and planned maintenance.
Automatic tool measurement
Tool length is measured and stored in the control system, helping maintain the correct Z reference after a tool change without repeated manual entry.

Frequently asked questions
What production is the Fuerte 3-axis CNC machining center designed for?
Fuerte is designed for repeatable machining of panel furniture, kitchen furniture, table and chair components, sofa frames and similar wood-based parts. It brings nesting, routing, sizing, grooving and 3D surface work together on one CNC platform.
What are Fuerte’s work area, machine dimensions and weight?
The standard work area is 2,100 × 2,800 mm (82.68 × 110.24 in). Machine dimensions are 3,820 × 3,000 × 1,995 mm (150.39 × 118.11 × 78.54 in), and total weight is 3,500 kg (7,716 lb).
Which machining operations can Fuerte perform?
The main spindle supports routing, sizing, grooving, nesting and 3D surface machining. The optional FAM 9 vertical drilling unit adds Minifix, hinge, shelf-hole and similar vertical drilling patterns.
What do the Hiteco spindle and 10-position tool magazine provide?
The ISO30 Hiteco spindle delivers 9.5–11 kW at up to 24,000 rpm and supports automatic tool changing. The fixed 10-position magazine keeps different tools ready for multi-step programs without manual tool changes between operations.
How do the six-zone vacuum table and VPS dry vacuum pump hold parts?
The worktable distributes vacuum through six independently selectable zones, so holding can be matched to the workpiece area. The standard VPS dry-type pump supplies 250 m³/h vacuum capacity to the holding system.
Which equipment is standard and which options are available for Fuerte?
Standard equipment includes the Hiteco spindle, PC-based CNC control, Pegasus CAD/CAM workflow, fixed 10-position tool magazine and VPS dry vacuum pump. Options include extended or compact tables, sweeping and unloading, Becker vacuum, TPA control and the FAM 9 vertical drilling unit.
Which CAD/CAM workflow and file formats does Fuerte support?
Pegasus CAD/CAM lets operators design, review and simulate parts in 3D before machining code is prepared. The workflow supports STL, DWG, DXF and IGES imports; the PC-based control also provides 3D preview, reporting and remote service access.
